Conditions of Use

  1. Payments by direct bank deposit or credit card payment. Please use the invoice number or name as payment reference. Cheques will not be accepted. We do not give refunds
  2. Purchases are covered by a limited warranty.
  3. Purchases invoiced, repair items not collected or invoiced accounts outstanding after 60 days will be sold. All purchased items & parts used in repairs remain the property of SDS Power Equipment Pty Ltd until all invoiced payments have been received in full & cleared by our bank.
  4. Freight is arranged as a courtesy. It is your responsibility to check your consignment for damage before signing acceptance of delivery. SDS Power Equipment Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for damaged goods once the consignment has been signed for by you or your agent as being received in good order.

Proceeding with your purchase constitutes your acceptance & agreement of these terms & conditions.

Other Terms & Conditions

 1. All products and pricings are based on the current list price, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

2. Due to limitations of actual viewing conditions, printing, photographic techniques and picture availability, colours represented on the enclosed image profiles are as close as possible to the actual image but may not be an exact representation.

3. All items on the website are have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of promotion.  Due to the seasonal nature of the product, Diaries and planners may not be available at all times.

4. Any accessories displayed are not included in the advertised price unless otherwise specified.

5. Multiple Discount price refers to the price per individual item.

6. Any errors and omissions will be corrected at the point of order.

7. Delivery cost are calculated based on customer trading conditions and location. We reserve the right to conditions without notice.

8. Returns must be authorised by SDS Power Equipment Pty Ltd and may incur applicable freight charges and restocking fees.  Products returned must be of merchantable quality with original packaging, unless the issue relates to faulty product or warranty.   On some items this will be subject to manufacturer's warranty conditions. To exchange a product in accordance with the relevant guarantees and warranties please ensure that you provide proof of purchase which accompanied the product. Information and conditions about guarantees and warranties is available from out staff members.

9. Payment can be made by cash or money order. In addition we accept Visa and Mastercard - some surcharges apply.
